Nendaz Sport courses resumed at the beginning of the month of September. They are offered at the rate of 10 francs an hour, to be paid in advance at Nendaz Tourisme (possibility of buying a multi-course card)

Take advantage of your stay to discover new ways of taking physical exercise or to practise your favourite sport !

Among the 13 disciplines presented below, all offered weekly at Haute-Nendaz*, which will you choose?

Pilates   


Mild gymnastics combining deep breathing with physical exercises and which have the objective of developing deep muscles, improving posture, muscular balance and articular relaxation

Body Balance Training   


To sculpt and tone the body, while respecting its equilibrium
