In 4 Vallées, Verbier, Bruson, La Tzoumaz, Nendaz, Veysonnaz and Thyon play their greatest asset: an exceptional ski area. In a nature reserve of snow, together they provide a network of trails for any type of snow sport.
Verbier, the most famous, is the place to be for the worldwide celebrities and crowned heads. Perched on a sunny terrace in the middle of the mountains, Verbier has kept its alpine village charm with the slate roofs chalet but has all the assets of a modern station. The nightlife over there is thrilling, there are plenty of world-renowned bars and restaurants as the Fer à Cheval or the Pub Mont-Fort.
Located in front of Verbier, in the heart of an unspoilt nature, the small village of Bruson will charm you by its authenticity. It is a quiet and family ski resort in winter, in summer Bruson offers a peaceful calm and a lot of nice paths that travel across the forest.
Nearby Verbier, la Tzoumaz (Savoleyres) propose a wide range of activities for families and sport enthusiasts. Overlooking the “Vallée du Rhône”, la Tzoumaz is the ideal starting point for hiking and has the longest sledge run of French-speaking Switzerland (10 km).
In the heart of the 4 Vallées, Nendaz offers a quick access to the Mont-Fort and to the freeride routes. Families, young and less young mix themselves happily in this station, where plenty of bars and restaurants provide a dynamic atmosphere.
Perched as an eagle nest on a beautiful slope, Veysonnaz take pride in an optimal sunshine (300 days per year) and has an incredibly nice view on the “Vallée du Rhône”. In the old village, the typical chalets and restaurants as well as the friendly inhabitants will seduce you.
On the opposite of the ski domain, Thyon resort offers a breathtaking view on the “Val d’Hérens”, the Matterhorn and the famous Grande Dixence dam, which is the higher in Europe. This station is very unique because of the several plates it has; one plate in the low mountain range (Les Masses), one at the edge of the woods (Les Collons, 1800) and one on the mountain pastures (Thyon 2000). Every plate has a direct access to the ski slopes.
And yet each resort has retained its unique character. Between International Verbier, Authentic Bruson, Natural La Tzoumaz, Homely Nendaz, Friendly Veysonnaz and Authentic Thyon, the choice is yours. Pick the one that suits you best, and your holiday will be unforgettable.
